Brief Itinerary:
Day 01 : Arrive in Johannesburg. VIP Meet & Greet and fly scheduled to Eastgate Airport (HDS). Transfer to Timbavati Game Reserve. Check in to Rockfig Safari Lodge – 2 nights, FI basis.
Day 02 : Full day on safari in open 4×4 Safari vehicles in the Timbavati Private Game Reserve. All meals and overnight at Rockfig Safari Lodge, FI basis (fully inclusive basis).
Day 03 : Transfer to Eastgate (HDS) Airport. Fed Air short flight Hoedspruit (HDS) to Skukuza,
Kruger. Transfer to Tengile River Lodge. Check in 3 nights, FI basis. Game drive this afternoon.
Day 04 : Full day on safari in Sabi Sand from Tengile River Lodge. Fully inclusive basis.
Day 05 : Daily AM & PM game drives in open Safari 4×4 vehicles from Tengile River Lodge.
Day 06 : Transfer by road to Ivory Lodge, Lion Sands. Check in for 3 nights, FI basis.
Day 07 : Full day on safari from Ivory Lodge, Lion Sands All meals included on an FI basis.
Day 08 : Daily AM & PM game drives from Ivory Lodge in Sabi Sand Private Reserve.
Day 09 : Transfer to Skukuza Airport. Fly scheduled to Johannesburg. Depart for home.

Day-by-day Itinerary:
Day 1 | Arrive in Johannesburg
Welcome to Johannesburg, South Africa! On arrival, you will be met outside of immigration and assisted to luggage claim and to your connecting flight. Check in for your South Africa Airlink flight (that we will book) to Hoedspruit (Eastgate Airport).
Upon arrival in Hoedspruit, you will be met and transferred to Rockfig Safari Lodge. Upon arrival, check in for 2 nights in 2 Suites, on a fully inclusive basis. Your stay includes: All meals, local brand drinks, daily safari activities, return airstrip transfers and laundry. Lodge activities: 2 schedule game drives per day and walking safari’s. Maximum 4 guests per safari vehicle.
Day 2 | Full Day on Safari in Timbavati Game Reserve
Enjoy a full day on safari in the Private Timbavati Game Reserve with twice daily game drives in open 4×4 safari vehicles shared with other safari guests. All meals and overnight at Rockfig Safari Lodge is on a fully inclusive basis.
On Safari in Timbavati Reserve
Game drives rank among the quintessential Timbavati experiences, and the guides and trackers at RockFig Safari Lodge pride themselves on providing incredible, safe but close wildlife encounters. Timbavati is Big Five country, and as many of the RockFig trackers hail from the area they’re able to put all their local knowledge to work to ensure the best possible viewing opportunities. Of course being out on safari isn’t just about big game; it’s also a chance to appreciate the beauty of Timbavati while traversing it, and while stopping to enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner in an especially scenic spot.
Day 3 | Fly To The Greater Kruger National Park
After breakfast and a morning game drive (time permitting), you will be met and transferred to Hoedspruit Airport. Check in for your Federal Air shuttle flight from Hoedspruit/Greater Kruger Airport.
On arrival at Skukuza Airport, you will be met and transferred by road to &Beyond Tengile River Lodge. On arrival, check in for 3 nights in 2 suites, on a fully inclusive basis. Your stay includes: All meals, local brand drinks, 2 scheduled safari activities daily & laundry. Activities: Game drives and nature walks (must be arranged prior to arrival and is subject to availability). Maximum 6 guests per vehicle.
Day 4 – 5 | Full Days On Safari From Tengile River Lodge
Enjoy two full days on safari from Tengile River Lodge with twice daily game drives in open 4×4 safari vehicles shared with other safari guests. All meals and overnight at Tengile River Lodge, on a fully inclusive basis.
On Safari in Sabi Sand
Set out in an open 4×4 safari vehicle in the company of a ranger and tracker team, who will attempt to track your favorite animals. The Sabi Sand Game Reserve is well known for its leopard sightings, and you may well spot one of these elusive cats resting after a successful night hunt. These usually shy and elusive cats have become accustomed to vehicles in the Sabi Sand and, unlike many other areas, where leopards are rarely glimpsed in daylight hours, sightings of these magnificent animals are not uncommon on day drives.
Before setting out on your first game drive, the trained guide will ask you about your favorite wildlife species and will do their best to ensure that your preferences are met, whether it is tracking a particular animal or spending more time enjoying each sighting and getting to know the habits of the animals. The guide and tracker will also tell you about the vegetation of the region and will explain the behavior of the animals that you come across. In some cases, the guides will be able to identify individual animals and let you know about their history and habits.
Day 6 | Transfer To Lions Sands Lodge
After breakfast and a morning game drive (time permitting), you will be met and transferred by road (approx. 25 minutes) from Tengile River Lodge to Lion Sands Ivory Lodge. Check in at Ivory Lodge for 3 nights in 2 x suites, on a fully inclusive basis. Your stay includes: All meals, selected premium drinks (beers, spirits, cellar wines & Champagnes), maxibar in room, laundry, 2 scheduled activities per day and return Skukuza Airport transfers.
Lodge activities: Game drives with refreshments and snacks, guided bush walks.
Day 7 – 8 | Full Day On Safari
Enjoy two full days on safari from Ivory Lodge with twice daily game drives in open 4×4 safari vehicles shared with other safari guests. All meals and overnight at Ivory Lodge, on a fully inclusive basis.
Day 9 | Transfer To Skukuza, Fly To Johannesburg & Home
After breakfast and a morning game drive (time permitting), you will be met and transferred from Lion Sands, Ivory Lodge to Skukuza Airport. Check in for your South Africa Airlink flight to Johannesburg.
Upon arrival, you will be met by a VIP meet & greet service and assisted to your connecting international flight. Check in and depart for home.

General Information:
Medical Evacuation insurance is mandatory for travel with Africa Easy and proof of purchase is required. Africa Easy also strongly recommends purchasing a policy that includes trip cancellation / interruption coverage.
A Yellow Fever Certificate is required if you are traveling from a country infected with Yellow Fever. Kindly refer to WHO-designated yellow fever countries link to review current regulations.
Malaria Medication is strongly recommended, but not a requirement for all safari regions in Southern Africa.
South Africa: Passports must be valid for a minimum of 30 days after the intended return date from South Africa. 2 consecutive empty visa pages are required per entry.
Visas U.S. Citizens visiting South Africa for 90 days or less for tourism do not need a visa
Deposit & Payments:
A completed & signed Africa Easy Reservation Form, along with your 25% trip deposit and full regional and/or domestic air payment (if applicable) is required at the time of booking.
